Interesting Conversation this Morning!

I spoke with my Life Long Best Friend Theresa today. She is the Mom of 2 grown men and married over 25 years. It's my fault, I introduced them. Anyways, we started talking about service we all receive or better yet don't receive when out. My friend has known me so long, and about my experience in the service industry,that she feels I should open a business to train people. What would I offer that is different is the question. Well, it is how we serve each other and what we get in return and what we expect in return was her point. T.I.P.S means what?
